At this time, a vacancy exists for a Full Time Food Service worker within the Norristown Area School District. This position will be located at Norristown Area High School.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food service experience prefered  
• Valid clearances - FBI Fingerprints, Child Abuse & PA Criminal Background Clearances

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Serve students according to meal counting and claiming procedures
• Learn and understand basic regulations and specifications of the National School Lunch program
• Perform routine tasks in food preparation as directed
• Learn basic food safety and sanitation procedures 

 

Schedule and Rate:

Monday- Friday

6:30 am- 2 pm 

$16.75/ hour
