The Human Resources Seasonal interns will work within the HR function to assist with administrative and HR-related tasks. The HR intern’s responsibilities include, organizing employee paper records, filing HR documents, initiating background checks, shredding old documents and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies. The HR intern will be responsible to draft employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.
